Upgrade of the CRM system

The Navicon system integrator completed in the spring of 2017 the next stage of development of the CRM system in NPO Petrovax Pharm. Key changes concerned control of regional representatives of a pharmproizvoditel.

Within the project on development of the CRM system specialists of Navicon expanded functionality of the solution Navicon Pharma CRM which is earlier implemented by integrator in Petrovax Pharm - one of the leading Russian manufacturers of the innovation medicines and vaccines.

In a system function of determination of a geolocation appeared. Now the management of pharmaceutical company can coordinate and monitor work of field personnel – medical representatives – not only according to reports on visit of doctors and drugstores, but also on actual coordinates. A system helps to check the planned and actual routes of medical representatives and to introduce amendments if the plan of visits is built not optimum. The geolocation helps also medical representatives – for example, it is possible to see the planned route on the card and to construct the convenient diagram of visit of clients.

The management of Petrovax Pharm also set the task of automatic accounting of efficiency (KPI) for each field employee. Specialists of Navicon designed the report in the CRM system which allows the manager to trace the plan for visits of the medical representative to doctors or in drugstores, the actual visits and a deviation from a planned target.

In the new version of the CRM system automated management of promotion of vaktsinalny medicines: The NPO Petrovax Pharm is a developer of unique vaccine against flu – Grippol plus which is widely used in Russia and also is delivered abroad. In total at the moment in the CRM system four areas of work of Petrovax Pharm are automated: medical universal line, medical specialized line (gynecology, urology), pharmaceutical line and vaktsinalny direction.

On July 1, 2016 the Navicon company announced implementation of the CRM system of Navicon Pharma on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 platform in NPO Petrovax Pharm.

Project Tasks

The management Petrovax Pharm set for the system integrator the tasks of creation of the uniform consolidated database with customer information of the company. Decided to implement the project on the platform Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 a product Navicon Pharma CRM.

Project Results

The implemented system allows the staff of Petrovax Pharm to obtain complete and up-to-date information about the history of customer interaction, to trace key indicators of sales on the basis of reports and to control work of medical representatives.

Specialists of the contractor unrolled the CRM system on the platform of the customer, transferred information from a third-party database, held necessary commissioning, testing and personnel training. On project implementation two months left, 70 users in all regional branches of customer company work with a system.
