Navicon Pharma is the specialized CRM solution as a part of which a large number of modules for business process automation of the pharmaceutical company.
The solution Navicon Pharma CRM is developed especially for pharmproizvoditel who want to receive the tool for transparent management and control of work of "field personnel". The solution is developed based on the ecosystem Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and allows to plan visiting activity and to quickly receive the reporting on work of medical representatives by products and regions. Besides, in a system "the mobile office" for field employees who work with clients in the remote mode is organized.

Optimization of the mechanism of interaction from a client DB
The system integrator and Navicon developer provided on June 18, 2018 updating of the flagman solution for integrated management of secondary sales of the pharmaceutical medicines Navicon Pharma CRM. In upgraded version of the solution the mechanism of interaction of a system with the customer base of data is optimized and control of individual KPI of each medical representative of pharmaceutical company is adjusted. Since July, 2018 the current version of a system is available to clients of integrator.
The solution Navicon Pharma CRM received functionality which allows area managers and medical representatives more quickly and to work effectively with clients. First of all, changes concerned a part of client analytics. Main "innovation" of a system — the module for receiving customer information from external operator of data IMS Health (IQVIA). Long time interaction of the Pharma CRM system with external sources — the information systems containing reports of IQVIA — was performed by file sharing. To accelerate data transfer process, solution integration of Navicon from the IC IQVIA under the protocol of interaction through web services was configured.
In the conditions of the highly competitive pharmaceutical market the survival of the company depends on efficiency of communications with pharmacy chains and clients. Therefore it is very important that the customer base was automatically continuously updated. As a result of setup of interaction Pharma CRM with databases of IQVIA answering interval by the request about change of the customer base was reduced for a period of one to 3 days. Besides, business users can receive updates from IQVIA several times a day now. Also the module organizing process of administration and verification of changes of the customer base by the medical representative was connected. If the medical representative needs to change data on the client — for example if in his territory the new drugstore opened — the field employee can create the request about the new client at once now. And both from a stationary workplace, and from "mobile office", directly "in the field". After creation the request automatically goes for check to IMS or to other external operators of the customer base, or to responsibles of pharmaceutical company. Requests are considered in more operational, than earlier, the mode, explained in the company.
In addition to updating of the modules which are responsible for communications with clients in the provided version of Navicon Pharma CRM are updated reporting system and control of work of medical representatives. In particular, the module for formation of the individual purposes of the medical representative, proceeding from features and specifics of each specific client is implemented. For each cyclic period for each direction the quantity and frequency of visits of clients depending on different criteria is set (categories of the client, specialization, belonging to network, like organization). The purpose can be quickly corrected by the manager if the employee got sick, took a vacation or in other cases when it cannot be executed.
Control of visiting activity and its compliance of KPI can be performed in real time from the mobile device. Diagrams and tables allow the medical representative and his head to see more whole quality of accomplishment at any moment, and not just at the end of the period.
At last, one more control module received updating — it is possible to coordinate work of medical representatives using data on secondary sales from any external sources now. For example, the solution for management of secondary sales of Navicom Pharma TDC can act as such source. Thanks to the updated module the analysis of accomplishment of the individual or command sales plan and also "plan fact" of secondary sales by drugstores, brands and territories is available to each medical representative now.
Earlier the Navicon Pharma CRM system was included in the list of solutions Gartner for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

The clm-module is added to the Navicon Pharma system
On June 9, 2015 the Navicon company announced completion of development [1] for the industry solution by Navicon Pharma on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 platform.
The product will help medical representatives of pharmaceutical companies to use visual marketing with the work:
- interactive presentations,
- infographics,
- illustrations
- animation.
The solution helps to analyze work of specialists in sales in real time. Data for control of sales, results of interaction with doctors and pharmacists need accounting and the analysis.
A Clm-system – the add-on module used together with the main CRM of the company. It is integrated with CRM and, at synchronization, loads from the knowledge base of a system the necessary presentations for clients and other marketing materials.
At communication with doctors and druggists the medical representative has 5-10 minutes for the product presentation. To use this time it is the most effective, the clm-module helps to combine the product presentation, questioning and collecting of a feedback from the client in interactive dialog.

When implementing the clm-module Navicon paid special attention to management tools the presentation. The mechanism of movement between slides is convenient, flexible and supports nonlinear schemes of demonstration, and input of the collected data is performed through the simple interactive elements in management placed directly on slides. All entered information, such as answers to questions, comments, likes and other, and together with them and statistics on time of demonstration of each slide remain in the structured type in the CRM system.
The interactive presentations extend through the knowledge base of the CRM system and depending on settings can open or from thematic folders for storage of promo-materials, or from a card of visit of the client. The last allows the employee of a message work on specific visit in one window of the CRM system, without switching between different interfaces and menu items.
Mobile applications of the clm-module Navicon Pharma are available in app stores to all mobile platforms. Their functioning is ensured by the server part placed on the server of customer organization. Interaction is implemented by means of short-term synchronization after which applications are ready to work and in offline mode.
Navicon released CRM for pharmaceutical industry

A system in real time processes information collected by representatives.
The built-in scheduler helps to make the schedule with maximum efficiency. A system independently prompts to the user: in what time and in what day it is necessary visit of this or that client is planned. In addition to working tasks also the solution of administrative tasks is planned:

- drawing up reports,
- stock replenishment of product samples
- others.
Management can check not only planning of the activity by representatives, but also accomplishment of plans, and in real time. Thanks to integration with geoservices a system will show in what place there is a medical representative to what client goes, etc. Moreover, geoservice will help to build a route both in terms of the general optimization, and depending on traffic congestion.
Navicon Pharma helps to categorize clients on the basis of information obtained during interaction with them medical representatives. At the same time are analyzed as quantitative indices of work with each client, and the subjective information obtained on the basis of impressions of the medical representative. Navicon Pharma is provided to a server and client part. Server accumulates information on the corporate server, creates the database, reports and forms a basis for work of all system. The information access is provided by means of a client part, via the web browser, Microsoft application of Outlook or by means of mobile application for smartphones and tablets.
