Pharma Cloud is a set of analytical and managerial tools for pharmaceutical business.
On October 25, 2016 the Navicon company announced start of a cloud service of Pharma Cloud for the pharmaceutical companies.
Under the general brand the integrator integrated the products of own development unrolled in Microsoft Azure cloud:
- Navicon Hermes Cloud is the application for management of marketing agreements and calculation of investment soundness in pharmacy chains,
- Navicon SalesOut Cloud is the solution for management of secondary sales,
- Navicon CRM Pharma Cloud - a customer relationship management system and promotion of pharmaceutical medicines.

Navicon Pharma Cloud services are created taking into account industry specifics and help to automate the main business processes of the pharmaceutical companies without the capital investments in IT infrastructure. Use of a cloud environment of Microsoft Azure excludes long and expensive process of implementation of business applications on the platform of the customer, reduces purchase costs and hardware maintenance and a software maintenance.
For work of Navicon Pharma Cloud service capacities of the distributed data centers of Microsoft corporation are used. Customers of service receive the ready-made solution with maintenance from experts of Navicon. In particular, Navicon operators carry out cleaning and consolidation of data on secondary sales of pharmaceuticals through pharmacy chains.
Pharmaceutics — very difficult and highly competitive market. The companies working in this industry need to control a large number of regional representatives, to interact with pharmacy chains, medical institutions and the practicing doctors, and the most important — to manage portfolios from hundreds of trademarks. Specialized information systems which implementation and maintenance runs into money are required for them. Having considerable experience of automation of pharmaceutical business, we decided to transfer to a cloud the practices for business process automation in the pharmaceutical companies. We placed emphasis on the most demanded solutions in pharmotrasl – increasing marketing effectiveness, sales, transparency and control of work of distant employees. |
