Neolant: ISUPRID

ISUPRID is the multi-user information and analytical system intended for storage, distribution and knowledge deployment at all stages of their lifecycle. A system accumulates information on the intellectual property of the enterprise.

On July 7, 2016 announced JSC NEOLANT completion of development of IAS of "ISUPRID" by request of Rosatom state corporation. The owner of ISUPRID Rosatom state corporation^[1].

The product is focused on use in the knowledge-intensive enterprises in the course of which activity the results of intellectual activity (RIA) and interested in their commercialization come to light.

In general ISUPRID is intended for management of the rights on:

• objects of patent rights,
• objects of copyright and related rights,
• know-how (know-how),
• means of individualization,

� at all stages of their lifecycle, from identification and ensuring national and international legal protection before commercialization and own use.

Features of use of ISUPRID for the enterprise

Application of ISUPRID allows to minimize or eliminate the risks connected with leak of crucial information, loss of the rights to RID and technologies, other adverse effects. This effect is reached by means of:

• instant independent access to the necessary information in the necessary cuts;
• associations of information and knowledge at the enterprises with complex filial, geographically distributed structure;
• reductions of labor and time expenditure on implementation of a knowledge management process at all stages of their lifecycle: from identification to the order the rights to them.

Functionality of ISUPRID

• Accounting and monitoring of the objects given about patent rights, to objects of copyright and related rights, know-how, means of individualization and other types of RID.
• Differentiation of user rights at the organizational and function level for the enterprises with complex filial structure.
• Formation of documents – notifications of the author and the contractor, application materials, scientific and technical examination.
• Formation of the analytical and regulated reporting.
• Automatic registration of forms of the state accounting in EGIS NIOKTR.

Functional subsystems of ISUPRID

• The subsystem "The management information portal" provides information support of the following processes:
• Identification of RID.
• Ensuring legal protection of RID.
• Order rights to RID.
• Technology management.
• Management of the ideas.

• Providing analytical reporting.
• Monitoring of processes of management of the rights.
• Monitoring of extent of legal protection of RID, technologies.

2017: Neolant and Rosatom create a national product for knowledge management

The Neolant group within the V International forum of technology development Technoprom-2017 signed on August 22 the agreement on cooperation with State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" for the purpose of creation and promotion of the National knowledge management system.

In addition to Rosatom and Neolant, the main contractor on creation and implementation of IT solutions, in the field of knowledge management were a part of consortium:

• Dentons, the international law company providing legal services in all types of the right;
• Invaders, the expert in the field of the innovation online projects;
• Almaz Group, the consulting company in the field of corporate training, personnel development and human capital management;
• The research institute of corporate and project management (Scientific Research Institute KPU) specializing in solving of tasks of the state and business management at the different levels.

One of basic elements of the created National knowledge management system (SUZ, or RKMS, Russian Knowledge Management Solution) is the information system on management of the rights to results of intellectual activity (ISUPRID) developed by Neolant Group for ROSATOM State Corporation in 2013-2016.

Except ISUPRID, the whole set of IT tools and techniques is a part of SUZ (RKMS):

• digital library "Portal of scientific and technical information";
• information management system corporate network of scientific experts;
• methodical recommendations and regulations about identification of results of intellectual activity, about preparation of license agreements, about formation of model of competences of specialists, about payment of remunerations to authors, about preserving of crucial knowledge and other;
• the training materials (the business simulator, remote rates, programs of seminars, videos and other).
