Closed Joint Stock Company AvtoMechanics (Automated Mechanics) was established on April 12, 1993, Minutes of the Shareholders Meeting No. 1, and was registered with the Moscow Chamber of Companies on April 21, 1993, registration certificate No. 024.119.
At the same meeting of shareholders, Vladimir Georgievich Boykov was elected General Director of AvtoMekhanika CJSC.
The enterprise was organized by specialists of the NPO Molniya, the lead developer of the Russian Buran reusable space aircraft, who carried out work on automating the design of promising aerospace systems and their elements, analyzing their functioning and strength calculations.
In 2002, in accordance with the Federal Law of 13.06.1996 No. 65-FZ "On Joint-Stock Companies" as amended by the Federal Law of 07.08 2011 No. 120-FZ, the company was renamed the Closed Joint-Stock Company "AvtoMekhanika."
The specialists of the enterprise, under the leadership of V.G. Boykov, developed a software package for automated dynamic analysis of multi-component mechanical systems EULER, which was subsequently registered by the Russian Agency for Trademark Patents (ROSPATENT) No. 2000610718 of August 18, 2000. The greatest contribution to the creation and development of the software complex was made by employees of the enterprise A.Yu. Afanasyev, A.A. Zhdanov, D.M. Osipov, A.A. Yudakov.
The main activities of AvtoMekhanika CJSC are:
- development of information technologies of automated mathematical modeling of complex mechanical systems;
- conducting research work on modeling and dynamic analysis of mechanical systems in various fields of technology.
Thanks to the extensive experience of solving the problems of dynamic analysis of mechanical systems in various fields of technology, the specialists of the enterprise were able to create a powerful and convenient means of mathematical modeling and work it out on solving a large number of real problems and put it on the same level with well-known foreign analogues.
AvtoMekhanika CJSC takes part in the implementation of projects approved by the Commission under the President of the Russian Federation for the modernization and technological development of the Russian economy, in the development of domestic software designed to replace foreign analogues at industrial enterprises.
AvtoMekhanika CJSC interacts with Russian enterprises in various branches of equipment production, such as OJSC State Space Research and Production Center named after M.V. Khronichev, FSUE Russian Federal Nuclear Center - All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics, OJSC KAMAZ, OJSC Irkut Corporation, FSUE RSK MiG, FSUE TsNIImash and many others.

2022: Joining CAD/CAE Consortium
