Updating of 2017:

• Sketchbook for Enterprise is the application for clip art drawing, a concept arts, storyboards, etc.;
• Access to the cloud rights (Cloud Rights) for subscribers on 3ds Max and Maya;
• 5 licenses for the tool for rendering of Arnold are free for new subscribers and users who will prolong a subscription to a collection for animation and visual effects.

2017: Replenishment of collections

On September 7, 2017 the Autodesk company announced inclusion of additional products in the list of the of "Industry collections". They are available only to users of new model of a subscription. Despite expansion of functionality, the price of collections remains the same.

Products with which "Industry collections" were replenished are given below.

Collection for development and industrial production of products:

2016: Release

"Industry collections" became available to Autodesk to acquisition since August 1, 2016. They included three offers:

• Collection for design and construction of industrial and civil facilities – a full range of BIM tools for design and construction of buildings and infrastructure facilities. Initial set includes Revit, AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collection for development of industrial products and production – uniform tool kit for design of industrial products and production. Initial set includes Inventor Professional, AutoCAD and Navisworks. Also the user can Fusion 360.
• Collection for animation and visual effects – a complete set of the 3D tools - animation for creators of visual effects and developers of games. Software products of Maya and 3ds Max are a part.

The output to the market of "Industry collections" occurred within transition of Autodesk to new model of business: since August, 2016 the company stopped sales of the perpetual license on all the products, having replaced them with temporary licenses (subscriptions). Gradation on this model began with a number of products in 2015.

To new model in a product portfolio of Autodesk there were twenty one package offers – it were software packages (Suites). In each of them there were at least 2 products which were necessary for one specialist. For example: Revit + Navis or Civil + Infraworks or Inventor + AutoCAD Electrical. Autodesk says that at the same time the cost of 2 products within a software package was less, than acquisition of these products separately.

In each of "Industry collections" it is more products, than in Ultimate (maximum) version of a software package, and there is each collection as Premium (average) version of a software package, bring data into Autodesk. The company notes that included in "Industry collections" and cloud services which were not included into such offers earlier.

Owners of temporary licenses of the software packages Suites in a basic equipment (Standard) can use a complex before the termination of validity period of a subscription or for a comparable payment to pass to the suitable "Industry collection". It will be impossible to prolong the license Suite Standard upon termination of subscription validity period. Owners of temporary licenses of software packages in complete sets of Premium and Ultimate will be transferred to the corresponding collection free of charge.
