"Aleph" completed the project of automation of accounting of products from fur

On August 30, 2016 the Kleverens company announced implementing solution on the Mobile SMARTS KIZ platform and manual RFID readers in Alef company.

Project Tasks

The project of marking and accounting of articles of clothing, accessories to clothes and other products from natural fur, implementable in the territory of the Russian Federation, began control identification tags (KIZ) with the built-in RFID chip in Alef company on April 1, 2016.

As the basic solution for RFID- markings selected the software Mobile SMARTS: KIZ and manual RFID- readers MobileBase DS5. The basic functionality Mobile SMARTS: KIZ, specially developed for marking of fur products, allows to individualize RFID- tags (to store information of the RFID module), quality check of tags and identification of the rejected chips, information exchange with a system of accounting of fur products of FTS Marking, to carry out inventory and to execute data exchange of page 1C.

Project Progress

From April to June, 2016 in ALEF company jointly with specialists of Kleverens works on solution integration for RFID marking of fur products with the accounting system of the enterprise were performed. In July a system it is brought into operation.

Project Results

The solution is used in a distribution warehouse when manufacturing in the city of Pyatigorsk and in the central warehouse in Moscow. Mobile RFID terminals with the software of Mobile SMARTS set on them : KIZ allow to mark up to 1 thousand fur products for a working shift.

We needed the solution which would allow to mark quickly products in large volume on the big areas of storage without binding to a stationary workplace. We tested several models of mobile RFID terminals and program providing from several developers. The solution which was proposed in Cleverence was already ready to joint work with the Marking system, and it very much suited us. It was necessary to finish a little own accounting system, but using specialists of Kleverens it managed to be made quickly enough. Company management quite implemented solution. The new State Information System of Marking (SISM) in fact – the same, as the Unified State Automated Information System with which we work already for a long time and our products for the Unified State Automated Information System are used by many large retailers. The software platform of Mobile SMARTS on which all solutions are under construction develops constantly and improved taking into account operating experience and customer needs. Developing products for the fur market, we considered also the need for marking of the imported fur products. So, "Mobile SMARTS: KIZ" allows to select language of the user interface depending on the country from which products are delivered. Meanwhile, data are stored and transferred in a format which is required by the Russian tax administrations. Sergey Bazhenov, CEO of Kleverens company
