The Korablik network deployed the service of mobile device management of employees

On September 1, 2016 Softline announced a pilot project of implementation and setup of a cloud service Microsoft Intune in network of children's shops "Korablik".

Project Tasks

For automation of service and protection of the tablets used by employees in shops of network for work with the corporate application, the customer needed the solution for preparation for work and controls of tablets out of the domain of the company. Preference was given to the product Microsoft Intune - the Enterprise Mobility Suite component intended for administration of devices and security of corporate mobility.

The company Softline was selected the partner in the project. Softline earlier cooperated with "Ship": it is executed project of start of cloud products Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.

Project Progress

Specialists of department of solutions of Microsoft of Softline company unrolled in infrastructure of the customer of Microsoft Intune, integrated it with the cloud Azure AD directory.

At the expense of the publication of the corporate application on the cloud Intune portal and its automatic distribution it is possible to reduce time for setup of each tablet by mobile devices. Creation of the Wi-fi profile allows devices to be connected to corporate Internet network automatically. The group policy extends settings for all tablets.

Project Results

The politicians configured in Ship will help employees to get mobile access to corporate resources, and system administrators automatically to prepare mobile devices for work. Intune allows to protect the data which are on the tablet, blocking the device in case of its loss or theft. And flexible management by accounts gives the chance to carry out complete or partial cleaning of information which is stored on tablets. As a result of a pilot project on deployment of Microsoft Intune we studied the main functionality of the solution, necessary politicians configured and tested. The decision on implementation of a full-fledged management system for corporate devices thanks to which work with tablets in corporate Internet network will become simpler and safer was as a result made.
