The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Ingushetia was raised by effective management of budget process of implementation of profile software

On September 2, 2016 the "Budget and Financial Technologies" company announced the project of automation of planning and budget implementation on the ADC-Planning software platform and "ADC-Finance" in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Ingushetia.

Project Results

The joint project of the Company BFT Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Ingushetia is also executed for quality improvement and effective management of budget process in the subject and municipal entities of the republic.

In Ingushetia, in a centralized system of "ADC-Finance" execution of the republican budget and budgets of all municipal entities is executed: cities of republican subordination (Magas, Nazran, Karabulak, Malgobek) and municipal districts (Dzheyrakhsky, Malgobeksky, Nazran, Sunzha). More than 700 users are connected to each of systems. Since 2017 planning of the budget in the region will be performed in a centralized system of "ADC-Planning".

With implementation of technology in the Ministry of Finance of Ingushetia the efficiency of receiving reliable data about execution of budgets of municipal entities, the organization of the centralized storage and information processing increases.

As the project is complete quite recently, to speak about some specific results still early. But, nevertheless, important advantage of the centralized management model budget process is transition to the new level of financial management based on operational collecting and formation of the necessary reporting, high degree of accountability and performing discipline of all participants of budget process of the republic.
