Document flow of a management system of the Kalinin NPP is automated

In the summer of 2016 Cognitive Technologies completed upgrade of the block of technological activity in the automated control system of the Kalinin nuclear power plant using the flagship product – the electronic document management system (EDMS) "E1 Euphrates".

As reported at the central office of the developer in Moscow, obtaining economic effect in the form of cutting of costs for conducting paper document flow became the purpose of upgrade.

According to the deputy chief engineer for technological providing and quality of the Kalinin NPP Maxim Rabotayev, "implementation of EDMS based on "E1 Euphrates" allowed the enterprise to organize the full-fledged electronic archive providing maintaining the single database and excluding duplication of documents and information – all this allows to save time both for registration and document storage, and on their transfer between remote structural divisions".

Cognitive Technologies reported that project objectives became increase in efficiency of work with documents in divisions of the customer and ensuring easy and quick access to electronic documents and not prevalence of unaccounted copies of technical documentation.
