In NIIK implementation of EDMS Pilot-ICE began

Work on preparation of technical specifications for the companies integrators was carried out to NIIK 2014-2016. According to the director of information technology of JSC NIIK I.S. Smirnov, at first the assessment of the current methodology of design was by own efforts carried out, weak points are revealed. On the basis of the carried-out assessment the decision was made – SEDO in NIIK to be. Now it is necessary to finish by forces of integrators under requirements of NIIK the most suitable platform.

The choice fell on domestic company "ASCON" with experience of development and integration of SEDO in the companies of our profile. And in September, 2016 the project started.

Implementation in our company of the system of electronic engineering document management is an important strategic task. Main objectives of its implementation are decrease in cost value of project works, increase in culture of design, quality improvement of the performed works, minimization of errors. A system will allow to optimize joint work of designers, to considerably reduce time for daily routine operations on issue of tasks, approval and making changes in the project documentation. For heads of project divisions and GIPOV the tool for management of work of designers in real time will appear. the Term of works on the agreement makes 2 years.
