"The corporation Strategic points of management" started EDMS

On September 29, 2016 the DocsVision company announced implementation in an IT environment of JSC Strategicheskiye punkty upravleniya-TsKB TM Corporation of EDMS on the Docsvision platform. Integrator in the project Ascon-TsR company.

Project Tasks

The management of JSC SPU Corporation made the decision to automate processes of document flow of the enterprise by means of the modern tool for increase in efficiency of work with documents. It was required to solve problems of reduction of terms of registration and processing of the organizational and administrative documentation (OAD), terms of preparation and approval, control of execution of documents. The purpose of implementation of EDMS - to reduce risks of loss of documents, to provide to users storage and convenient access to documents in electronic form.

Project Progress

Together with ASCON-TsR company specialists of the customer conducted a research of the market and stopped the choice on the Docsvision platform. On its basis in 2016 started an electronic document management system of the enterprise in work.

Project Results

Are automated:

• the movement of memos - economic services of the enterprise within a year let out them about one thousand.
• approval and preparation of orders, orders, need to manually collect visas on the document disappeared
• preparation of letters and draft documents,
• obtaining statistic reports on document flow and execution of documents.

For September 29, 2016 use EDMS: company management, heads of departments (about 70 people) and employees responsible for office-work. About 300 employees of the Moscow office of corporation became users of EDMS.

I consider that we successfully implemented the project, despite nuances which, probably, are inevitable at implementation of any large-scale IT system. I can estimate result as the user - it is convenient when there is an access to EDMS to all documents which I created and on which took part in work. It is convenient that there is no need manually them to sign, especially considering scales of our enterprise and arrangement in several body. The order in documents is also significant savings of time since process of approval at us was reduced from several days till several o'clock. The ASCON company is a lot of years in the market, and behind shoulders at us there are a lot of difficult and interesting projects. In 2016 we completed one more: implementation of EDMS on the Docsvision platform in JSC SPU-CDB TM Corporation. We just completed implementation of a CAD of KOMPAS-3D in parent organization of Corporation and were at a delivery stage to the project orderer on system implementation of engineering document flow and archive based on development of ASCON LOTSMAN Group: PLM when the appeal to participation in the choice of the platform of organizational and administrative document flow sounded. We apprehended it with enthusiasm since we already managed to study the main business processes of the customer and had an idea of reserves of automation of the enterprise. Within half a year we conducted an additional research and together with a team of the customer created technical specifications. Having studied the market of the EDMS systems, we estimated practically at once universality, functionality and the flexibility of the Docsvision platform required for the customer. The conclusion of the partnership agreement about cooperation with the company vendor was case fast and pleasant. During the project we were helped by development team, implementing completions of a system.
