Corporation Strategic points of management

The joint-stock company "Strategic Points of Management corporation was educated on May 2, 2012 by reorganization in the form of conversion of Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Central design bureau of heavy mechanical engineering".

Awards of the Labour Red Banner of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Central Design Bureau of Heavy Mechanical Engineering, the head enterprise on creation of the systems of highly protected command posts, was formed in 1947 for the purpose of creation of units of a ground equipment for start of the Soviet rockets (R-1, R-2, R-5, R-7, etc.). The first intercontinental rocket, the first satellite and the first astronaut were put to Earth orbit using the units of a ground equipment developed by specialists of CDB TM.

The enterprise developed and manufactured lifting and installation units, safety devices and other equipment for fighting missile systems of RVSN and also tilters and units of vertical loading of rockets in submarines for the VTR. The staff of JSC SPU-CDB TM Corporation designed and made the lifting and installation equipment, towers and farms of service, a filling cable mast, the systems of the emergency evacuation and other units of land basing for space-rocket "East" complexes, Union, World, JSC "Proton", "N-1", "Energia-Buran", the international programs Sea Launch and "Guiana Space Center".

Except the main research and production platform in the city of Moscow, JSC SPU-CDB TM Corporation has Titan special design bureau JSC Strategicheskiye punkty upravleniya Corporation branch and CB Tyazh Mash JSC Strategicheskiye punkty upravleniya Corporation branch to St. Petersburg. Also the enterprise has two representations in the Sverdlovsk and Arkhangelsk regions.

JSC SPU-CDB TM Corporation executes research, developmental and technology developments on creation of different command posts and operations control rooms, a ground equipment for delivery, installation, to service, gas station and prestarting preparation of rockets on starting objects and in other directions of Research and Development.

As of September, 2016 the main directions in activity of the enterprise are:

• creation of command posts and operations control rooms of different levels and types of basing;
• development of stationary and sliding antenna feeder devices;
• development of systems of plastic depreciation;
• development, production and carrying out tests of units of a ground equipment: installers, towers of service, filling and drainage devices, elevators and special elevators, safety devices and other equipment for missile starting systems;
• creation of unique power hydropneumoelectric drives with management systems for work in any climatic conditions and aggressive environments;
• development and production of a wide range of the power hydraulic and pneumatic equipment;
• creation of the equipped protective constructions for service staff of nuclear power plants.
