2013
At the beginning of 2013 the enterprise is transformed to JSC International Airport Stavropol.
2010
At the end of 2010 according to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation and the order of the Government of the Russian Federation the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "International airport Stavropol" being the legal successor of the Stavropol branch Kavminvodyavia Federal State Unitary Air Enterprise is created.
1999
In 1999 privatization of the airport was recognized illegal, the airport passed into state property and became the Stavropol branch Kavminvodyavia Federal State Unitary Air Enterprise.
1992
In 1992 the airport was privatized, the Stavropol joint-stock airline (SAAK) is created.
1969
In 1969 the An-24 and YAK-40 airplanes began to come to the Stavropol airline. The transport flight division was formed.
1963
In 1963 the airfield was transferred to the district of the village of Shpakovskoye (now Mikhaylovsk) where is and now.
1960
In 1960 the passenger airline to Moscow by the Il-14 airplane opened.
1594
Since 1954 the airplanes An-2, YAK-12, L-60, the Mi-4, Mi-1 and Ka-15 helicopters began to come to Stavropol. Aviachemical works, aerial photography, patrol of gas and oil pipelines under construction, ambulance aircraft, transportation of goods, mail and passengers across Stavropol Krai and to the neighboring republics were a main type of works these years.
1945
By the end of 1945 from the front of profit of 15 PO-2 airplanes. From now on the main frame of post-war Stavropol airline began to be formed.
1937
In 1937 the 220th aviation group is transferred to Voroshilovsk (Stavropol now). The airfield was on the open area to the east from the railway station (the area of the Elektroavtomatika plant). Aviachemical works (fertilizing, pest control) transportation of mail and passengers on districts of the region were main types of works.
1934: Creation of the company
In 1934 in Pyatigorsk the civil 220th aviation group, for transportation of passengers, loads and mail across districts of the region was created, this event is the beginning of history of the Stavropol airline.
