On October 12, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company announced the implementing solution "1C:CRM standard" in Dmitrovka Technical Center company.

Project Results

The program implemented by specialists 1C-Rarus helped to improve the system of sales and service of buyers, to optimize procedures for preparation and carrying out transactions, to prepare the analytical reporting on the basis of up-to-date data.

In a single system work of sales departments, marketing and service maintenance is organized now. Here detailed customer information and the history of their addresses is stored. Automation of sales process allows to control each stage of work, and the possibility of creation of "a funnel of sales" helps to reveal priorities of clients and to plan purchase of the most demanded spare parts.

Using one more important block of the program ‒ Management of marketing ‒ is easy to calculate costs, to estimate advertizing efficiency and to select optimal channels of promotion. The system of reminders allows to find for each client of technical center necessary time, and planning and control of accomplishment of instructions – to keep track of quality of work of employees.
