"Smile of Cafe" automated management of restaurant

Choosing a Solution

The accounting system and managements allowing to use most effectively all resources was necessary for successful start in the highly competitive market of the company. After the analysis of different offers the company management selected solutions "1C-Rarus: Management of restaurant" and Restart. The 1C-Rarus company became the partner in the project.

Project Progress

Specialists set 1C-Rarus in three days and configured the software, connected a necessary retail store equipment, including cash monoblocks, fiscal registrars, scales for weighing of portions.

With the help Restart jobs of the waiter, cashier, administrator are automated. In a system all orders of visitors are fixed, information instantly arrives on kitchen. Depending on order size on accomplishment leaves from 30 seconds to one and a half minutes.

Implementing solution "1C-Rarus: Management of restaurant" helped to reach "Smile of Cafe" the necessary level of profitability. Analyzing the prices offered by suppliers precisely calculating purchasing amounts, controlling a remaining balance in warehouses, estimating turnover of alcoholic products, managers can make the justified and timely decisions.
