History

2025: Buying "Fashion Factori"

Alexey Nechaev's Faberlik company sold 100% of the shares of Fashion Factori LLC, which runs a sewing factory in the Ivanovo region. The buyer was Voentekstilprom LLC, associated with Voentorg. The corresponding entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in April 2025. Faberlik explained that the sale of the asset will allow it to focus on the production of goods with "the greatest sales potential." The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. 2021: Criminal prosecution in the United States of the former deputy director of the company Leonid Teif

In 2021, the trial of 59-year-old Leonid Teif, the former deputy director of Voentorg, is nearing completion in the United States. He is involved in a case that includes an attempt to contract murder and laundering funds received in Russia for $150 million. The case file referred to at least 70 accounts and almost 300 transfers through Bank of America totaling $40 million. According to the investigation, in the United States money was laundered through the created companies.

Teif has lived in the United States since 2010 and was caught bribing a $10,000 employee of the US Department of Homeland Security for deciding to deport his housekeeper's son. The ex-deputy director of Voentorg suggested that the man was having an affair with his wife. After the failure of the deportation plan, Teif intended to kill his wife's lover and offered $25,000 for this to a person who worked for the special services.

October 28, 2013 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders decided to rename UT VVO OJSC to Voentorg-Vostok OJSC.

2012

On May 11, 2012, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders decided to reorganize UT DVO OJSC by joining UT TOF OJSC, UT SibVO OJSC, Sapphir OJSC, and ChPK OJSC.

2009: Establishing a Company
