Content

2018: Ensuring complex security of a park zone

On May 30, 2018 CROC announced project completion on ensuring complex security of a park zone of FC Krasnodar stadium which total area is 22.7 hectares. The solution includes the systems of emergency telephone communication, security video surveillance and also the system of physical and fire safety for cafe and an amphitheater.

Creation of "the safe environment" for the most comfortable stay of visitors became the main task of specialists of CROC. For the organization of visual control of perimeter and the area of the object, warning of wrongful acts and also fixing of disturbing situations and investigation of crimes CROC implemented a video surveillance system with the maximum overview of all territory of the park. More than 250 video cameras providing the image of high definition and intended for work in difficult weather conditions were installed. Technical characteristics of the equipment allow to scale and expand the solution to, for example, application of scenarios of video analytics with any necessary detectors.

For the purpose of the timely notification of people about emergence of an emergency situation (the fire, a natural disaster, threat of act of terrorism, etc.) CROC implemented the zone system of scoring. That any of visitors in case of emergency could contact instantly protection, in all territory of the park the call panels of emergency telephone communication are set. In addition, CROC ensured safety of visitors of a summer amphitheater and the cafe located in the park. Buildings were equipped with access control, security and disturbing alarm, the fire warning, emergency communication, the notification, a radiofikation, security video surveillance and also the LAN, SCS, automatic Telephone Exchange systems.

All implemented systems are integrated with the command center of stadium (CCS) created by CROC within creation engineering and IT infrastructures of FC Krasnodar stadium. It allows a security service to watch an object in real time, to authentically assess a situation and to react quickly in case of emergency situations. Besides, disturbing signals from CCN are automatically transmitted to the main division of Emercom of Russia across Krasnodar Krai.

Special attention was paid to solution integration in the unique design of the park developed by the German architects. For this CROC used Powered Fiber Cable System technology of CommScope company. A hybrid system (combination of optical fiber and the electric conductor) allows to perform simultaneous transfer of power supply and communication to remote network devices on long distances without use of massive intermediate elements — switches, power supplies, cabinets, etc.

2016: Installation at stadium of telecommunications systems, multimedia and scheduling

On October 27, 2016 the CROC company announced the project and installation at FC Krasnodar stadium of 45 low-current systems, security systems, a TV broadcast, telecommunications, multimedia, automation and scheduling of the engineering systems.

Project Results

FC Krasnodar is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. Usually because of a large number of the fans who are at the same time at a match, stadiums cannot technology provide high-quality cellular communication and a wireless internet.

CROC applied technology which provided a covering with a radio signal all area of a bowl of stadium. HD Wi-Fi fans can stay in touch. The mobile application of football club created by CROC will allow to browse the best moments online, to comment on a game, to see structure and arrangement of commands, to participate in tenders, to get news and notifications.

Specialists of the contractor implemented the IPTV systems (Internet Protocol Television, technology of digital television) and Digital Signage.

The complex of solutions provides broadcast of matches and advertizing messages on 300 digital screens of stadium. Necessary content is brought to dashboards, depending on their location: VIP box, shop of souvenirs, food court and so forth.

When we were going to construct stadium, considered different concepts. I wanted that the stadium advanced the time, wanted to use only modern materials and technologies. Today FC Krasnodar is slightly more than the stadium, is one of attraction points in the city.

On the arena of club of FC Krasnodar the most comfortable conditions for stay of fans are created: from a high-quality wireless internet to a possibility of an operational call of the steward to physically disabled people. The match will be much brighter if fans are able to share with each other positive emotions from a game online. And we are glad that helped FC Krasnodar to create such modern interactive environment.

For visual control of internal premises, the adjacent territory and a bowl of CROC stadium mounted about 1 thousand cameras of security video surveillance. Technical characteristics will allow to use them in case of gain of security requirements from UEFA, in particular, of application of a sensing technology of persons for identification of potentially dangerous visitors.

9 thousand fire annunciators, 3 thousand speech annunciators, 600 sensors of security and disturbing signaling are installed. More than 100 special sensors analyze gas contamination on the parking, in case of exceeding of admissible indicators special measures are applied. The process area located behind the circular media screen behind stands is equipped with the system of early fire detection.

CROC created the command center stadium (CCS). It is integrated with video surveillance systems, fire safety, protection, automation and scheduling of engineering infrastructure of stadium. In CCN the videowall displaying information on events on an object and the adjacent territory is installed. It allows managers, stewards and representatives of emergency services (police, FSB, the Ministry of Emergency Situations) to react to non-staff situations quickly. Disturbing signals from CCN are automatically transmitted to the main division of Emercom of Russia across Krasnodar Krai.

FC Krasnodar – one of the most well equipped sports grounds in Russia. Today the stadium the most technological and progressive, it was confirmed by the commission of RFU on certification of stadiums, having appropriated it the highest category. Level of the used technologies allows to retrofit if desired without special costs stadium to compliance to requirements of FIFA to play matches of the World Cup of 2018.
