Biography

Ilya was born in 1974 in Leningrad.

In 1996 graduated from St. Petersburg State University.

In 2001 studied in Great Britain.

In 1996 began to work in the Administration of Saint Petersburg, in committee on the external relations responsible for cooperation in the economic sphere with the USA.

Worked as the chief legal advisor of the Russian law company "Vegas Lex".

In 2002 began to work in banking sector, as the Head of Department of business development in DeltaCredit bank.

In 2004 began to work in a similar position in City Mortgage Bank. Worked for 2005.

In 2005 and for 2012 directed the block of mortgage lending, the deputy administrator of the block of retail business in Alfa-Bank.

In 2012 received a position of the Head of Department of strategic development and planning of Home Credit bank.

In 2014 worked as the chairman of the board of SKB-Bank.

In 2016 got a job - the chairman of the board of Russian Standard bank.

For October 31, 2016 Ilya Vladimirovich Zibarev works in as the chairman of the board of Russian Standard bank.

In May, 2017 Ilya Zibarev holding a position of the Chairman of the board made the decision to continue the career outside Russian Standard. Ilya Zibarev decided to concentrate on project implementation in social and charitable spheres.
