On November 15, 2016 the Softline company announced implementation by the CRM system of bpm'online Real estate ESTATE brokerage group company.

Choosing a Solution

ESTATE brokerage group was required to automate information storage about clients and a real estate, preparation of commercial offers and replenishment of the database on the website. For this purpose the company management made the decision on system implementation of a full stroke of bpm'online Real estate developed by Terrasoft for real estate agencies. The supplier of the solution selected the Softline company having rich examination in the direction of "CRM system".

Project Results

The bpm'online Real estate system unrolled by the customer's IT specialists allowed personnel to register all stages of work with clients: from qualification of a lead before agreement signature, transfer of keys, calculation, payments on the credit, settings of processes on receivables. In the software product a number of functions, basic for real estate field, was implemented: selection of listings, display of virtual model of houses of a housing complex, database maintenance and selection of the real estate on the interest of the client, attachment of object lists to sales.

As a result of solution integration the personnel of the company received convenient IT services for accomplishment of the current work and accelerated formation of commercial offers for clients.

"In the CRM system of the customer information on objects, clients and requests was entered and arranged; printed form of commercial offers is configured. There were instruments of "sale", "activities" which allowed to control better business processes. The solution gives the chance to implement a large number of tasks including non-standard, setup methods, but not programming. So all arising issues on work of software can be resolved by analysts on places".

"Now tenants and buyers quickly obtain information on the interesting objects in the form of ready commercial offers. It is important that in the course of system deployment we had not to retrain IT personnel: there was enough acquaintance with documentation and the help from technical support service. Now we conduct work on automatic unloading of listings on the website of the company, setup of printed forms of agreements. In the long term – within the next year – we expect increase in quantity of objects in work for the agent for 50% when preserving percent of successful transactions".
