The NORBIT company (enters into LANIT group) announced in November, 2016 project completion of implementation of the CRM system of bpm'online in Ward Howell. Based on implementation the main objectives of business are solved and project management is systematized.
For further development of Ward Howell company the tool was necessary for automation of the key areas of work. For implementation of this task selected the solution which will allow not only to increase the involvement of specialists of the company into work with the CRM system, but to increase efficiency of business processes in general. Besides, migration on the new platform should solve a problem of optimization of operating costs of the CRM system.
So, for transfer of Ward Howell on qualitatively new level the decision on use of the CRM system of bpm'online — development of Terrasoft group was made. For implementation of effective objectives and tasks the NORBIT company is selected.
The command of NORBIT wrote the concept of implementation of the CRM system then specialists passed to step-by-step setup of the solution.
Within the project the flexible data model in bpm’online is successfully designed, such business processes as — work with leads, work with sales, work with the Executive Search projects, work with projects of Consulting and personel assessment are implemented. Besides, the basic analytics on the basis of reports, dashbord and printed forms is created.
A system allowed to lower operating costs of CRM by 30%. In a system about 100 users in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kiev work.
