Gendalf implemented a management system in Technologies of Light company

On December 8, 2016 the Gendalf company announced project completion on automation of Tekhnologii sveta LLC. Based on synchronized "1C: Integrated Automation 1.1" and "1C: CRM 2.0" all types of accounting were united in the companies, non-standard document flow with dealer network is implemented and also processes of vendor relations are automated.

Project Progress

The company management made the decision to carry out automation of an accounting system and enterprise management. The contractor as a result of the tender selected Gendalf Group which staff proposed the complete solution on automation on a basis "1C: Enterprise 8.2". Within three months all works on implementation, optimization and synchronization of software products were performed and also training of employees of "Technology of light" in work with programs is provided. All types of accounting were joint: accounting, personnel, managerial and client, in one program — "1C: Integrated Automation".

Defects in the organization of business processes were as a result corrected, load of key staff also decreased, interaction with a partner and branch network qualitatively improved — all this led to performance improvement of the enterprise.

Process of accounting in the company became more better also transparent because of distribution of areas of responsibility between the employees connected to the program. On the basis of it cooperation with the Rostov sales department was also established.
