On December 14, 2016 the AstroSoft company announced project completion of replacement of CIS on the platform of a SAP product with an information system on the basis of the 1C: ERP 2.0 configuration in Slata company.

Project Tasks

Project objective - development of the central link of a corporate information system based on the 1C: ERP 2.0 configuration for the purpose of replacement of outdated CIS based on the software product of SAP.

Action of Slat, (2012)

By the beginning of the project in Slata company the automated software package from several separate systems worked. As the central link the information system of SAP was used. It was interconnected with a large number of the peripheral systems among which ~ 30 systems of mobile trade, the system of accounting. Integration with a set of external systems (the systems of suppliers, the warehouse systems, GIS, etc.) was provided.

In the central system based on SAP collecting of all data was performed and uniform financial management accounting was kept, based on the accumulated data were performed a financial analysis and the management reporting was prepared.

Partners in the project were faced by a task: migration with SAP on "1C: ERP 2.0" and reconstruction of integration circuits at the maximum preserving of architecture of the operating external systems.

Project Description

During the project the following key tasks are carried out:

  • Development of instruments of transfer of the normative reference information (NRI) and opening balances from the previous corporate system with preliminary development of model of accounting of NSI and also additional tools for broadcast of transactions from the previous system for trial operation new;
  • Development of subsystems of pricing and customer relationship management for the existing financial policy of the company;
  • Development of subsystems of sales and treasury according to the existing business rules of the company with the accompanying expansion of functionality of credit management in a system;
  • Development of a subsystem of integration with an external system of management of the warehouse "WMS Infor" and a geographic information system of "GIS Optimum" within a uniform circuit, as a result, significant expansion of standard functionality of a subsystem of delivery;
  • Development of a subsystem of automatic data exchange regarding purchases, sales and the reporting with the systems of partners (about 25 partners) by means of files of a different format (xml, xls, txt, dbf and so forth) with a possibility of the subsequent expansion of quantity of integration points without configuration change;
  • Development of a subsystem of integration with the systems of mobile trade (about 30 systems) based on software products "CDC OPTIMUM" ST Chicago "Monolith of CRM", "CUBE" and "SalesWorks" using different models of data exchange (files, a call of stored procedures of external base, web services);
  • Development of a subsystem of funds and bonuses for ensuring broadcast of promotional actions of suppliers to dealers and also funds of mutual lending for accounting of deposit financial transactions between employees and the company;
  • Development of a subsystem of safe custody for a possibility of reflection of transactions with the goods belonging to partners and also registration of services in safe custody.

Project Results

On development of the central link of the corporate information system (CIS) based on the 1C: ERP 2 configuration 9475 man-hours left. In a project deliverable complete migration with SAP on "1C: ERP 2" is performed, at the same time the architecture of all external systems of Slata LLC is most saved.
