History

2023: Agreement with RTKomm and SME Corporation on the production of domestic satellite equipment

The federal operator RTCOMM, Rubetek and SME Corporation entered into a tripartite agreement on the results of the selection for the supply of satellite modems, a central earth communication station and subscriber devices. RTCOMM announced this on October 9, 2023. Read more here.

2022: Share of all solutions produced by rubetek domestically - 90%

On January 31, 2022, rubetek, a player, Russian IoT market announced the next stage in the development of national production. As a result of the launch of new devices at the plant Eagle , the share of all solutions produced internally by the countries beginning of 2022 amounted to 90% of products.

As of February 2022, developers have access to a set of engineering solutions developed and produced in Russia within the framework of a single cloud ecosystem: a fire alarm system, an automatic resource accounting system, an IP intercom and an access control system, as well as a line of intra-apartment devices for ensuring safety and control of household appliances.

Thus, developers, management companies and residents can count on the introduction of a national product in the residential complex that runs on Russian servers and meets the requirements for import substitution in the electronic industry.

The rubetek strategy is to create your own product from scratch, which distinguishes it from the common approach of integrating ready-made foreign solutions. Rubetek designs devices, develops software, circuitry, collects products in Russia. In the inhouse format, the company is also developing artificial intelligence services for housing automation, such as keyless access, parking space recognition and license plates.

Thanks to the presence of national production, rubetek gets flexibility in setting up and adapting solutions for the needs of specific developers, accelerates the production of smart devices. In the context of global instability and closed borders, the localization of production has become an especially important factor in the development and improvement of product quality. In the context of a long supply cycle and the conclusion of long-term cooperation agreements, the presence of Russian production also allows to increase stability in the work of the company's partners.

2021: Agreement with the administration of the Oryol region on the construction of the plant

In 2021, the company signed an agreement with the administration of the Oryol region on the construction of a plant on the territory of 15 thousand m ². Under the terms of the agreement, the company will invest 6.1 billion rubles until 2023 and create 400 jobs.

2019: Production launch in Orel

In 2019, Rubetek launched its own production in Orel. The first solutions that were released were mass devices from the smart home line.

The main difficulty in developing our own production was the need to build a technological chain from scratch, attract new personnel and train employees actually on live orders.

2017: Geography of presence

As of May 2017, the Russian innovative startup, implementing its own development in the field of Internet of Things, is present in the market of Russia and Kazakhstan, the plans are expansion into Europe and America. Solutions are being developed in Russia, production facilities are located in China and Russia.

2016: Developments

As of December 2016, the Russian company Rubetek presents a wireless solution for home automation, thanks to which the user can be in touch with the house in 24/7 mode.
