On December 19, 2016 the Servionica company announced delivery of traffic police of Moscow of the mobile automated jobs for crews of traffic police, by request of DIT of Moscow. As a part of delivery of a HSS "The mobile inspector".
Project Progress
By request of the Moscow Department of Information Technology the Servionica company held an additional delivery of the mobile automated jobs for crews of traffic police of the capital. Using the Mobile Inspector complex traffic police officers can make out penalties for traffic offenses (traffic regulations) and road accident directly on site of incident.
Equipment of crews of traffic police a modern mobile equipment — one of stages of the large-scale program of the Government of Moscow for transfer of work with violators of traffic to the online format expanding possibilities of control and rapid response to violations of traffic regulations.
Results of a pilot project were considered successful, and the Government of Moscow made the decision on its scaling. In the project products of vendors are used: Brother (mobile printers), Samsung, Lenovo and Asus (8-and 10-inch tablet PCs). Taking into account expansion of functional requirements the equipment is provided in three complete sets. The second wave of equipment of traffic police began the complexes "Mobile Inspector" in March, 2016.
For December, 2016 the traffic police locates 2470 mobile jobs.
Project Results
The program of the Government of Moscow is aimed at that life in the largest megalopolis of Russia was the most convenient, corresponding to its dynamic growth and world trends. Development of transport and a road network – one of key areas to which close attention of the authorities is paid. Cooperation of DIT and Servionica allows to solve several problems at once: increase efficiency and mobility of traffic police, to increase collecting of receipts in the city budget. Thanks to "The mobile inspector" time of an execution of resolutions was reduced three times. It means that the crew manages to make more departures, in participants of road accident do not create traffic jams waiting for arrival of traffic police. Besides, emergence on arms of police of such complex increased efficiency of checks of machines and drivers – it is not necessary to contact a post and to wait for the answer – all necessary information from databases is available in several clicks.
