Andrey Chuyko graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 2001, faculty "Engineering Business and Management" on specialization "The automated banking systems and technologies".
In 1999-2001 worked as the senior specialist in SBS-Agro bank.
Till 2006 was the deputy head of support department of information systems in Alfa-Bank later.
