In 1998 and for 2000 worked as the area manager of Pfizer company in the Volga-Vyatka region.

From 2000 to 2005 worked as the area manager, the director of business development of Schwarz Pharma company.

In 2005 and for 2006 worked as the sales manager and distributions in the territory of the Russian Federation of Laboratorios Bagó S.A company.

In 2006 began to work as the deputy CEO of Zambon pharma LLC.

For January 16, 2016 Vyacheslav Valentinovich Glukhov works as the CEO of Zambon pharma LLC.
