Data of Softline "will lodge" in DPC of Megafon in Rostov-on-Don

MegaFon announced at the beginning of 2017 plans of data storage of Softline, having placed the client's equipment in own Data Processing Center (DPC). The operator constructed the Southern Federal District's first data center which solves own business challenges of the company in 14 regions of the Caucasian branch and also locates capacities for placement of the server hardware of large corporate clients and providers of communication: infrastructure of DPC allows to include quickly the equipment of clients of a B2O-segment to the protected channel Internet capacities of MegaFon at necessary data transfer rates from 1 Gbps and above.

"Entrepreneurs aim to optimize expenses and transfer a part of business processes to outsourcing. At the same time even more often business of the South of Russia uses M2M/IoT-services or rents technical platforms under infrastructure at federal telecom operators. It allows to increase efficiency of many processes considerably, - Alexey Barkov, the director of the Rostov department of MegaFon company told. – In our DPC all conditions for smooth operation of the telecommunication, server hardware and systems providing reliable data storage are created. Placing the equipment on our platform, clients receive the high level of security, fault tolerance and the round-the-clock monitoring of operability of all systems".
