Post Bank purchased solutions of Microsoft almost for 400 million rubles

At the end of 2016 Post Bank carried out purchase of licenses of Microsoft for the total amount of 398 million rubles. The I-Teco company acted as the only supplier.^[1]

Within the agreement the bank will obtain over 14.5 thousand licenses for solutions of the American developer. The list of delivery includes OS Windows Server, DBMS SQL Server, packets of corporate applications SharePoint Server, solutions Project, Visio and others. Besides, cloud services of Microsoft will be provided to Post Bank.

Payments for the purchased solutions are broken into 3 parts. The first payment in 172.3 million rubles should be made at the beginning of 2017, the second (114.8 million rubles) – in 2018, the third (110.8 million rubles) – in 2019.

Earlier, at the end of 2013 Leto Bank, the predecessor of Post Bank, purchased licenses of Microsoft for 48.3 million rubles. As the only supplier then the I-Teco company also acted.

I-Teco provides licenses of Microsoft and for the shareholder of Post Bank - VTB 24 bank. In January, 2017 this financial institution bought solutions of the largest American developer for 1.62 billion rubles. In 2013-2014 purchase was slightly more modest (1.2 billion rubles), but a supplier was besides I-Teco. At the same time, the agreement was signed based on a quotation request in which Croc and Lanit also participated.^[2].
