Project Results

The Step Logic company in July, 2017 announced project implementation on creation of complex infrastructure of the Multifunction Migration Center (MMC) of the city of Moscow.

The migration center — the organization in the territory of which registration and patent grant to foreign citizens for work in Moscow is carried out. The project on creation of infrastructure of the Multifunction migration downtown of Moscow is implemented by specialists of Step Logic in short terms. In total 1100 automated jobs were created, more than 70 thousand sq.m are equipped with modern engineering and information systems.

Automation of all business processes allows MMTs to offer service in patent grant to migrants in a format of "one window". The solution on business process integration of different departments and services in the uniform automated patent grant mechanism to labor migrants with complete passing of all procedures and checks was developed specially under this project, noted in the company.

Project Tasks

• Automation of all business processes which allowed MMTs to offer service in patent grant to migrants with complete passing of all procedures and checks in a format of "one window".
• Creation of a management system for the movement of migrants along the set route with integration of all technology subsystems / zones (one window, bank, dactyloscopy, acceptance of examinations on knowledge of Russian, history and the right, medical examination, acceptance of necessary medical analyses, patent grant) in the uniform automated technology process.
• This solution was developed specially under this project and has no analogs in the world.

Project Description

During the project equipment of a complex of buildings of MMTs (more than 70,000 sq.m) is carried out to the shortest possible time by all necessary modern engineering and information systems according to requirements of the Main thing the Office for Migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and specialized departments of Moscow on information technologies, health care and education.

Announcement of the project of creation of complex IT infrastructure

On February 6, 2017 the Step Logic company announced the project and creation of complex IT infrastructure for the benefit of State budgetary institution Multifunction Migration Center (State Budgetary Institution MMTs), by request the Moscow Department of Information Technology (DIT).

Business process automation allows MMTs to offer service in patent grant to migrants in a format of "one window". The solution on business process integration of different departments and services in the uniform, effective and most automated patent grant mechanism to labor migrants with complete passing of all procedures and checks is developed specially within this project, and, according to the statement of the parties, has no analogs in the world.

In processing of data of the applicant the bracelet with the QR code by which the migrant receives all types of service and researches without the need for providing private papers and manual entry of information in several separate systems is used. Depending on load of functional zones the management system for flows of customer service defines an optimal route for minimization of time expenditure of the visitor, manages tourniquets, monitors and information displays, executes setting in queue at an input in a functional zone.

The team of experts of the contractor created 1100 automated jobs, ² equipped more than 70 thousand m with modern engineering and information systems.

The used information systems work in such a way that customer service is excluded, not undergone registration procedure. Due to integration of information systems errors of manual entry of information are completely excluded.

We started the migration center, largest in the country, allowing to provide a full range of services for labor migrants – citizens of other countries: rendering services in examination on knowledge of history of the Russian Federation, on medical examination and dactyloscopic identification.
