To development of processes of digitalization of the country there were changes in audience of the portal that allowed GlobalCIO and DigitalExperts to be transformed to professional community of leaders of digital transformation GlobalCIO|DigitalExperts which integrates not only IT heads, but functional customers of digital transformation of the companies (the CEO, CIO, CDO, CFO, CMO, CSO, CPO, CLO, CSec, CHR). Totals over 10,000 participants (data of 2020).

The mission of GlobalCIO|DigitalExperts is digitalization development by a join path of leaders of digital transformation in our country, their consolidation and also promotion of the best expert experience in the field.

GlobalCIO|DigitalExperts is community with the following tasks:

• give the chance to experts in the field of digital technologies to exchange the experience both online, and offline;
• be the uniform knowledge base for leaders of digital transformation of the companies;
• give access to communication and experience of colleagues;
• increase professional competences of associates;
• promote career development of participants of community.

History

2015

Global CIO is the portal created by the Union of Directors of IT of Russia (SODIT) and an initiative group with assistance of regional clubs of Chief information officers. According to information for September, 2015 the portal is community of Chief information officers.
