Biography

Born June 18, 1968 in Moscow.

1986: MAI

Since 1986, he worked at the Department of the Moscow Aviation Institute (since 2009 - Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University)).

In 1996 he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) with a degree in aircraft engines and power plants.

1990: Working in a commercial structure

Since 1990, he served as deputy director for production in the commercial structure.

1996: Moscow Rescue Service

Since 1996 - Deputy Director of the Moscow Rescue Service (in 2012 she stopped her work).

1997: Moscow City Duma

Four times (in 1997, 2001, 2005 and 2009) he was elected to the Moscow City Duma in a single-mandate constituency.

In 2001, he graduated with honors from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in jurisprudence.
