Tasks and project objectives
Automation of accounting of customer relations according to tenders was a project objective, to provide transparency of data acquisition and analytics on departments of the company, to organize joint work of employees over projects of the company.
Project Results
- Control of number of the actions (calls, letters, meetings) made by the staff of sales department for the selected period about a possibility of comparison of indicators between employees is implemented;
- Convenient and operational collecting and registration in the system of customer information is adjusted;
- Problem definition on clients and reminders on them for ensuring control of timeliness of their accomplishment and also fixing of violation of the delivered terms is automated;
- Joint work of staff of related departments over projects of the company using setup of business processes is adjusted;
- The efficiency and speed of passing of routine transactions on formation of primary commercial offer, predesign of order cost, sending the offer to the client is increased.
