2019: Readiness for data transmission on the marked goods in the Fair Sign system
The fiscal data operator the First OFD announced on October 30, 2019 readiness for transfer to a national system the Fair Sign of data on goods which will be marked since December 1, 2019 and on January 1, 2020.
The company reminds that since December 1, 2019 spirits and toilet water, the majority of goods of light industry, cameras and buses will be marked. And since January 1, 2020 obligatory marking of medicines begins. By 2024 a single national system of marking will cover all industries — from cigarettes and drugs to clothes and baby food.
The first OFD developed and provided the rates on transfer of fiscal data including service of monitoring of data on marking. Expansion of the existing packets due to introduction of new services for clients of the company is planned. The offered rates are tested and displaid in the fighting mode.

Using Dell EMC PowerEdge 10 billion checks are processed
On August 23, 2018 the company The first OFD reported that the 10-billion check of the updated sample was accepted. Storage and safety of all fiscal documents is ensured by servers Dell EMC PowerEdge.
For August, 2018 through the system of the First OFD there pass about 30 million checks a day. At the same time capacities allow to pass through themselves 20,000 goods items per second or more than 1 billion checks a day. Thanks to the failsafe Dell EMC servers the First OFD can process data of a large number of clients online. The complete solution ensures smooth operation of infrastructure of the fiscal data operator, guaranteeing business systems availability and high performance of information processing about transactions of consumers.
Activity of the fiscal data operator directly depends on an opportunity to store and process a huge number of information. The powerful Dell EMC servers allow not only to construct the steady and protected from failures IT infrastructure, but also to have an opportunity to work with it online. The 400-thousand cash desk is connected to the First OFD
On July 5, 2018 the company announced the First OFD summing up two years of implementation of amendments to 54-FZ.
To clients of the First OFD there were over 150 thousand of the organization, having connected 400 thousand online cash register equipment. The system of the fiscal data operator processed 9 billion checks. Daily through a system there pass about 30 million checks while capacities of the First OFD allow to process 20,000 goods items per second or more than 1 billion checks a day.

Since July 1, 2018 in the Russian Federation all taxpayers of the special tax modes – the unified imputed income tax (UIIT) and the patent system of taxation (PST), performing activity in the field of trade and public catering and having hired employees are obliged to apply online cash desks.
On July 1, 2019 the third stage of reform of FTS begins. Within this stage there comes the duty of use of the cash registers at implementation of calculations for the entrepreneurs working independently (without attracting hired employees) practically in any spheres of business.

Integration with ATOL service of Online cash desk
On October 26, 2017 ATOL company, the developer of a cloud cash service for the Online ATOL online stores, and the fiscal data operator announced the First OFD development of the joint solution allowing representatives of e-commerce with the minimum costs and efforts to conform to requirements 54-FZ. Registration of cash desk in FTS through a personal account
On October 23, 2017 the First OFD announced the fiscal data operator implementation of a possibility of registration of cash desks in the Federal Tax Service through a personal account of the client.
Besides, the company provided October product update:
- There was a possibility of a call from a personal account of the specialist master of a maintenance center for the operational solution of any questions and problems with the cash register.
- Monitoring of cash desks is optimized. The option "Traffic light" allows to use filters for determination of the cash register equipment which is not in network more than 48 hours, to inform clients on approach of date of termination of the fiscal drive, etc.
- Purchase of service of sending electronic checks to buyers became simpler. Besides, statistics on use of a packet allowing to trace a remaining balance of electronic checks became available.
Emergence of a possibility of registration of cash desk in FTS through the fiscal data operator significantly saves the client's time. Besides, the fiscal data operator simplified process of registration and added a feature for electronic document management for new clients of the company.
August updating of software products
The first OFD announced on August 17 release of August updating of software products. Emergence of additional opportunities will allow to optimize resources of clients and to build the optimized system of work with the cash registers, consider in the company.
The first OFD Business Assistant added a feature for obtaining the qualified electronic signature (QES) by the client through mobile application. Service allows to accelerate process of release of the electronic qualified signature due to optimization of duplicative checks. Now it is enough to load a photo of the necessary documents made of the application, and originals, or verified copies of documents, will be required only when receiving QES. Earlier process could take up to 5 days, implementation of the present possibility allows to reduce waiting terms significantly.
At the same time also registration procedure in a personal account of the First OFD became simpler — any more it is not required to download the offer agreement, to sign, scan and load back. Confirm with enough one click correctness of provided data and consent with offer agreement conditions.
The first OFD processes the 3-milliard check
On August 8, 2017 the First OFD was accepted by the system of the fiscal data operator the 3-milliard check of a new sample. The buyer of network of KFC fast food restaurants became the owner of the anniversary fiscal document.
In 2016 became effective a new order of use of the cash registers. The most part of large and medium business transfer data to FTS through fiscal data operators online. The largest federal and regional retail chain stores, such as Magnet, Auchan, X5 Retail Group (Pyaterochka, the Intersection), Beeline, Maria-Ra, the Coin, KFC, Rosneft, Eldorado, Zolla, Sportmaster, Rendez-Vous and also more than 70,000 average and small organizations in the territory of all Russian Federation entrusted important transition to the First OFD.
Upgrade of "Processing System of Fiscal Data" service
On March 9, 2017 the JSC ESK company declared upgrade of "Processing System of Fiscal Data" service. The functionality of a system helps to manage cash desks and simplifies use of a personal account.
In a personal account of the client appeared undressed Monitoring in which the user will receive notifications on the statuses of key parameters of operation of the cash equipment. In particular:
- status of operation of the cash equipment,
- data transmissions in FTS,
- opening and closing of changes,
- the status of the fiscal drives requiring urgent replacement
- activation of service OFD, its payment.
The monitoring system helps to define problem cash desks and to take measures in order to avoid a stop of work of outlet.
There was available a formation of a hierarchical structure of the company. The clients operating with outlets in the different cities under different brands or in different formats, can group the cash desks as it is convenient to them, to appoint the appropriate rights of access to a system for the employees.
In release registration procedure of the client is upgraded. Now clients in the course of registration can order the qualified electronic signature (QES). Also QES can be used for conducting electronic document management with First OFD. Registration in a personal account became possible without application of QES.

February updating
The JSC ESK company (The First OFD brand) provided February updating of the services on the market. Advanced functionality increases systems capabilities for clients and partners and simplifies to users work with services of processing of fiscal data.
Now the personal account — service became available to partners to management of the cash desks connected by the partner. In it users can browse the statuses on the connected cash desks and the list of clients and also to keep the agency reporting. Access to personal account becomes possible after signing of the agency agreement with First OFD and receiving an account.
In a personal account of the client function of display of the status of transfer of the fiscal document in FTS became available. A system allows to define those fiscal documents with which there were difficulties when sending to FTS and also to be convinced that similar incidents were not. Besides, a system began to support a format of fiscal data 1.05.
Considering high demand on the equipment, necessary for connection to OFD, ESK company offers owners of the cash equipment a ready set — the fiscal drive FN-1 and annual service of transfer of fiscal data. The cost of this solution for one cash desk is 9,300 rubles (including the VAT).
2016: Waiting of a gain of connections
On December 5, 2016 The First OFD company announced achievement of a boundary of one million checks using the system of the fiscal data operator.
For December, 2016 more than 100 companies work at the commercial platform of First OFD, more than 700 devices of the cash equipment transfer fiscal data. In two months the number of paid cheques exceeded one million. 45 more clients and 612 control cash registers got test access.
Already now we observe an essential gain of number of the connected control-cash equipment. Since February when it is impossible to register more it on an old regime, growth will become avalanche. A system will help to consider money turnover on a single outlet, to control all operations performed by the whole park of the cash registers in one window.
The technology guarantees consumer protection. Buyers will be able to receive the electronic check at the seller or at the operator on SMS or e-mail, independently in real time to check its legality by means of free mobile application of FTS and, in case of the invalid cheque, to send the complaint to FTS.
