Belineko implemented schedule system and production optimization

On March 13, 2017 the press service of IT-Consult company announced system implementation of planning and optimization of production on the Simatic IT Preactor platform in BELINEKO LLC company.

With development of production base, in "BELINEKO" there was a need to automate production planning and the organization of optimal production schedules. The company management made the decision on system implementation of SIMATIC IT Preactor. As the contractor^[1] acted].

Main objectives of implementation:

• Reduction of time of planning of production;
• Possibility of operational replanning in case of unforeseen situations;
• Obtaining the authentic and optimal production schedule for the period sufficient for early identification of possible problems at production.

Project Progress

Specialists of Group configured IT-Consult the production planning model in SIMATIC IT Preactor considering specific requirements and features of the enterprise. Developed a special algorithm of production planning by means of which routine processes of drawing up diagrams of production are automated.

Special modules for maintaining data on commercial orders, reservation of finished goods and introduction of data on the actual execution of the diagram of production are created.

Integration of the SIMATIC IT Preactor system with a 1C system for data acquisition on products (structure, technology processes etc.) and relevant stock balance of raw materials and semi-finished products is carried out.

Project Results

As Peter Druker wrote in the book "Great Thoughts", plans do not cost anything, but planning is invaluable. In a project deliverable of implementation of SIMATIC IT Preactor we have the information system allowing to receive quickly the authentic and optimal production schedule on the long horizon. System implementation will allow to increase loading of the equipment, to reduce risks of failure to meet time constraints on shipment of finished goods and also to obtain necessary information for acceptance of the justified management decisions.
