In Planeta company, engaged in wholesale and retail sales of office supplies and supplies, the project on system implementation of enterprise management of RS-Balance 3 created by R-Style Softlab company started.
The company has retail network in the Vologda region, and plans business expansion - 2007 the number of shops will be finished to ten, and in 2-3 years the company is going to go out of the region and to manage three tens outlets.
Being available in software company was separate, and it prevented to build the uniform fabrication cycles integrating everything geographically distributed divisions. For support of strategic plans of development the company selected the specialized trade solution allowing to implement modern managerial approaches of target management which implementation began in the company three years ago. New IT infrastructure should integrate in network all available shops and also the central office where there is a purchasing department and warehouses.
The project is expected less than half a year. Start of a software package in operation is planned for the end of 2007. Using an automated system address storage of goods in warehouses, maintaining the single database and the detailed accounting of goods and costs will be implemented, control of product cost and operational drawing up the management reporting is adjusted. The business processes configured according to requirements of the customer will allow to optimize expenses, to reduce job cost, to minimize operational risks and to raise a goods turnover in a warehouse due to use of debugged mechanisms of purchase.
According to forecasts of the customer, during implementation of upgrade 25-30% of all processes executed in the company will undergo. In the long term all works connected with service of a hardware and software system will be transferred to outsourcing.
