Constructora Meco implemented management tools IT infrastructure

On March 24, 2017 the Softline company announced an implementation project of Microsoft System Center 2016 for Constructora Meco construction company.

Project Tasks

The customer company has a network of offices in Latin America, the branched structure and the growing quantity technicians led to decrease in efficiency of control of compliance of the actual configuration settings, structure of the software and the equipment to accepted standards.

Before the management there was a task - to optimize management of IT infrastructure, to provide up-to-date information about a status of IT systems, to quickly provide the remote help according to requests of technical support.

For solving of tasks the customer selected a management system for IT infrastructure of Microsoft System Center. Based on demonstration of software, Constructora Meco selected Softline company.

Project Progress

During the project specialists of Softline unrolled and customized a management system and monitoring of IT infrastructure of System Center 2016. The functionality of System Center Configuration Manager provided a possibility of the centralized software installation on all devices of the company. Training of IT specialists of the customer is provided.

Project Results

We received the management tool IT infrastructure allowing not only to keep a status of IT services under control but also to quickly make necessary changes. We want to note an opportunity to help far off and in the shortest possible time according to requests of technical support.
