The Power Machines company optimized contract activities based on SAP Extended ECM by Open Text

On April 5, 2017 the consulting company "Sabris" and Power Machines company announced project completion on corporate content management based on SAP Extended ECM by OpenText.

Project Results

In a system end-to-end contract management which allowed to manage and control all flow of tasks of approval of agreements, to simplify and standardize business process is implemented.

The company has long-term plans on development of an electronic document management system which part is the system of electronic approval of agreements (ESSD).

The reporting which is built in the solution allows to control quantity of tasks with the overdue term of processing and also the service and individual employees skirting approval deadlines.

Thanks to process automation each stage of approval is traced and controlled and the personal responsibility of employees is increased. Also implementation of ESSD allowed to reduce management risks and to guarantee passing by all agreements and specifications of the procedures of a statement approved by regulations.

Today more than 1000 employees work with the workflow system, several hundred from them constantly use the solution ESSD in which more than 28 thousand documents are created already.
