Content

On April 17, 2017 the Delta Electronics company announced the project on implementation of uninterruptible power supply units in Shopping Center MEGA in the city of Yekaterinburg. The project was implemented by Range of RS company.

Project Tasks

The area of the shopping complex in Yekaterinburg exceeds 130 thousand m ², about 170 shops work at its territory.

MEGA shopping Center, (2006)

Project task in ensuring continued operation of fire protection systems. This system - one of the most important within the objects expected a large number of visitors. Health and life of people depend on its correct work. For providing such system with uninterrupted power supply five UPSes of the Modulon family of the NHPlus series with a power of 120 kVA are installed.

Project Progress

Implementation of the UPS provided reservation of the electric power for one hour.

The main task of this project was to ensure safety and convenience of visitors and personnel of one of the largest shopping centers in the region. For this reason we responsibly approached the choice of the supplier of uninterruptible power supply units. First of all, we paid attention to reliability of systems and also to experience of the company in implementation of large projects. We selected the solutions Delta Electronics, first of all, because of broad representation of a brand in the market which already managed to prove as the reliable and responsible producer.

Uninterrupted power provides passenger pipelines in the territory of shopping center. Six three-phase UPSes of the Ultron family of the HPH series with a power from 30 to 40 kVA are for this purpose used.

As a result of implementation of this system, reserve operating time of conveyors ~ 20 minutes.
