On April 28, 2017 the Softline company announced implementation of bpm'online Real estate specialized the CRM system at one of offices of realtor company "Miel".
Project Tasks
Miel was required IT solution for consolidation of data from different sources - e-mails, the SMS, a feedback, and the organizations of workflow in one window. The customer preferred bpm'online Real estate technology.
Project Progress
Employees of the contractor unrolled CRM at office of Miel company.
Project Results
Implementation of the CRM system allows the customer to calculate quickly the cost of an incoming call, marginality of transactions, efficiency of marketing campaigns, to define the priority directions of development. Collecting and the analysis of such information in practice takes away a lot of time and is, as a rule, carried out haphazardly, and in the solution all is visible at once. We now actively develop a product therefore we try to study business processes and customer needs attentively. Implementation of bpm'online Real estate in Miele, for example, helped us to reveal basic criteria on integration with telephony. |
