"MTT" implemented the integration connector for a linking of EDO-ERP

On May 16, 2017 the MAYKOR-GMCS company announced implementation of the technological solution, joint with SKB Kontur, the Integration connector Diadoc - Dynamics AX for integration of e-document flow service the Diadoc and the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 systems by request of JSC MTT.

Project Tasks

Suppliers send electronic documents to MTT company: acts, invoices, invoices for payment – through the Diadoc system. The integration connector gives the chance to receive and sign them directly in the Microsoft Dynamics AX interface. Employees do not need to work in two systems - they perform necessary operations with documents in one program window.

Integration is necessary for such large companies as MTT which aim to automate document flow and that to get advantages of e-document flow: speed, convenience, transparency, minimum of labor costs.

The connector is the boxed integration solution which allows to automate electronic document management, but at the same time not to finish either ERP, or e-document flow system of the company. It is very convenient as requires the minimum labor costs.

Our managers do not need to master the new system interface of e-document flow, they continue to work in usual, but at the same time can use all opportunities of electronic document management. Automation allows to accelerate our business processes and to prevent emergence of errors at data entry.
