GMCS the Integration connector Diadoc - Dynamics AX

The integration connector Diadoc - Dynamics AX - a system interaction interface the Diadoc and solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform.

On February 13, 2014 GMCS companies and SKB Kontur announced entry into the market jointly of the developed integration connector for electronic document management systems (e-document flow) the Diadoc and ERP systems of Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Description

Service E-DOCUMENT FLOW Diadoc helps the companies to transfer all external legally significant document flow to an electronic form. Exchange of documents (invoices, acts, consignment notes, agreements and others) at the same time happens on the Internet, and their legal importance is provided with use of the qualified electronic signatures (QES).

The integration connector for the Diadoc and Microsoft Dynamics AX provides synchronization of data between support system of the electronic signature and the ERP system. Connection of the connector gives to users of Microsoft Dynamics AX an opportunity of a full-fledged work with electronic documents directly in the Microsoft Dynamics AX interface: data processings about partners, maintaining the unified register of documents for signing and sending one or several documents once, monitoring of signing of documents by partners, etc. Besides, the connector provides access to archive of originals of electronic documents on the server of provider and allows to browse and print copies of documents.

The integration connector allows to automate this process and it is convenient to work with documents in the internal accounting system. The total quantity of the documents transmitted through a system in December exceeded 1 million, and more than a half of them make electronic invoices.
