Content

2018: Upgrade of a digital communication framework

On August 23, 2018 the CROC company announced upgrade of a digital communication framework of PhosAgro.

According to the company, modern infrastructure of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) allowed the customer to increase many times the speed of acceptance of management decisions between head office in Cherepovets and the enterprises entering into the PhosAgro group and also to reduce travel costs.

For increase in efficiency of communications with colleagues and partners more and more staff of PhosAgro began to use possibilities of VKS (based on Cisco), being connected to meetings including from mobile devices. Daily the personnel held several tens of VIDEOCONFERENCING sessions both between leadership team, and in the working groups. Growth of VIDEOCONFERENCING traffic for the last few years as of 2018 grew by 180% and former capacities of VIDEOCONFERENCING infrastructure ceased to be enough.

As it was reported, the guide of the customer decided to carry out technology upgrade of telecom infrastructure according to modern requirements of a digital medium. Within the project expense reduction on business trips and cost optimization on upgrade of VIDEOCONFERENCING infrastructure became an important task of PhosAgro.

CROC expanded computing powers of a VIDEOCONFERENCING system of the company at the expense of the universal and vendoronezavisimy Cisco Meeting Server platform. Thanks to it employees of the customer can carry out an unlimited number of sessions both with colleagues, and with external users. At the same time the Cisco Meeting Server platform allows to communicate with partners even if they have for this purpose no special technical or program VIDEOCONFERENCING means.

PhosAgro delivers fertilizers worldwide. Our employees spend the most part of time in business trips, but to cover all points of presence is all the same unreal. Therefore for us it was important to receive the convenient IT tool for remote communication and joint work, with high quality of communication. The management constantly participates in multipoint VIDEOCONFERENCING sessions therefore we could not use free services. They did not approach neither on quality, nor on technological capabilities. We addressed to CROC which proposed professional solution — the Cisco Meeting Server platform. Thanks to it we began to hold more remote conferences and it is even more effective to dispose of the time. Important and the fact that upgrade is performed based on Cisco and to us was not necessary to create all VIDEOCONFERENCING infrastructure from scratch.

According to representatives of the company, among advantages of the Cisco Meeting Server platform — compatibility with the VIDEOCONFERENCING equipment of any producers. The digital telecom platform provides holding video sessions from different points of presence, use of the uniform contact list with the working statuses of personnel, instant text messaging, joint work over documents.

We were glad to help PhosAgro to increase the speed and efficiency of corporate communications. Now the staff of the company can communicate at the global level without technical restrictions, if necessary quickly increasing computing powers.

2017: Automation of personnel service

On May 18, 2017 the Croc company announced automation of process of personnel service in PhosAgro company.

Project Progress

The Croc company implemented a hardware and software system from information booths, the portal, a personal account and SMS service.

Action of PhosAgro, (2015)

The informational portal and personal account are constructed based on the open source software (in particular, the Mongo DB databases). The software of self-service terminals is developed by specialists of CROC. Depending on an organization structure of the enterprise at which the booth is set an individual set of forms and templates is used. Also in booths the possibility of placement of the major declarations and news of group is implemented. In service of devices (replacement of ink and paper) and also in troubleshooting the engineering center "PhosAgro" is engaged.

The implemented tools are integrated with a personnel management system of PhosAgro. It allows the users authorized or identified according to the admission to receive previously completed personnel documents, accelerating processes of issue of references and filing of applications.

Project Results

Any worker without account (the technologist, the miner and so forth) can attach the admission to the booth and receive the pay slip, print the application blank, order the reference, the copy or the statement from the service record or to specify information on a remaining balance of holidays, on an insurance experience. Also office employees can obtain similar information, having come from the working computer into a personal account on the portal created for this purpose. To former employees of the company infoportat and the booth provide access to the functions which are not requiring authorization and a request of the personalized information. Namely - provide convenience of the order of references without writing of letters or calls to the company.

System implementation of automation of the order and issue more than 20 types of personnel documents facilitated their receiving for more than 10 thousand employees.

According to the results of the project the quality of information service of employees increased whereas load of HR departments at head office and 4 manufacturing enterprises of the PhosAgro Group considerably decreased.

Improvement of working conditions and service quality of employees always had high value for PhosAgro company. In addition to convenience to users, the project allowed to exempt service center from labor-intensive process of monthly issue of pay slips. Considering the number of employees, it could take up to several days.

In the work we stake on implementation of advanced technologies. Within the implemented project we managed to reach the high level of automation of all scenarios of information support of employees, and in the most comfortable conditions, both for them, and for HR departments. A project team which consisted including from specialists of the Engineering center "PhosAgro", did a great job which results all staff of the company can observe. Now we develop the implemented systems and we give to users technical support.
