Biography

Since 2007, Yuri Matsygin has been one of the key employees of Technoserv Consulting. Having joined the company as a consultant, he grew into a leading specialist in a short time. During his work, Yuri has established himself in various positions: from architect to project manager. With his participation, Technoserv Consulting implemented a number of projects unique to the Russian market. These are the introduction of the Aeroflot - Bonus loyalty program, CRM at Svyaznoy Bank, the M.Video-BONUS loyalty program, CRM for individuals at Rosselkhozbank and other projects.

Technoserv Consulting announced in May 2017 the appointment of Yuri Matsygin as head of Oracle practice, the main task of which will be both the development of new areas and products and the preservation of the status of a leader in the market.

For August 2021 - Director of the CRM Business Unit of T1 Consulting.

As of June 2022 - Director of the Own Products business unit of T1 Consulting.

As of October 2022 - Director of IT Products "T1 Consulting."

In three years, the Russian CRM market has gone the way that Western ecosystems have spent decades on: mass import substitution, the emergence of new vendors, the growth of in-house developments and the rapid growing of technologies.
