Holding T1 on April 2, 2024 shared with TAdviser the results of its work for 2023. According to the holding's IFRS financial statements, key indicators showed significant positive dynamics. According to the holding's estimates, the active demand for domestic software within the framework of import substitution and the high profitability of projects based on their own developments had a positive impact on financial indicators. In particular, the maximum growth was shown by the directions of technical support services (almost 4 times to 14.8 billion rubles) and the sale of its own software (more than 2 times to 90.8 billion rubles). The largest share in the revenue structure was the sale of software, sales of IT equipment (45 billion rubles) and software development services (33 billion rubles).

An important event for T1 in 2023 was the entry into the Russian stock market and the placement of the debut issue of exchange-traded bonds in the amount of 2 billion rubles with an A.ru rating, which corresponds to the issuer's credit rating assigned to the ACRA and NKR in the fall of 2023.

Plan for the production of unmanned aircraft systems at Rudnevo

Ecolibri is responsible for the manufacture of a line of vertical take-off and landing aircraft. It is planned that the payload of these drones will be from five to several hundred kilograms, and operation will be possible, including in the Arctic.

The specialists of the T1 holding are responsible for creating the software necessary for the project implementation, working with big data obtained during the operation of ALS, and creating complex service solutions based on them. Among the priority tasks is the solution of the issue of remote control of drones and the development of communication infrastructure.

The administration of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug allocated a zone near Naryan-Mar to create a single logistics center, identified the settlements that were the first to enter the project. Flights vary in distance from 40 to 250 km and allow you to work out various algorithms for the delivery of goods. For June 2023, the first test flights were carried out. In the future, the experience of operating ALS in the NAO is planned to be extended to other regions of the Russian Federation, the plans are to create a leading player in the Russian drone market.

VTB sold its stake in IT company T1 Group

At the end of March 2022, it became known that VTB had withdrawn from the capital of T1 LLC, the management company of T1 Group, which unites six enterprises operating in the field of integration, consulting, cloud technologies, software development and processing services.

As Kommersant was told in VTB, 30.5% of T1's shares, which the bank previously owned, were sold to a third-party investor. His name has not been revealed. Another 69.5% remain Sirocco Technologies LLC (the company, according to the Kartoteka.ru, was established in 2015 with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles, the sole owner of the legal entity is Yulia Mankos).

VTB sold its stake in IT company T1 Group

According to a VTB representative, the bank considered T1 Group, among other things, as a profitable investment asset. The bank's sale of a stake in the company is associated with a planned restructuring of the investment portfolio and withdrawal from non-core assets, VTB said.

By the end of March 2022, T1 Group continues to prepare for an IPO. Earlier, the financial director of T1, Roman Romashevsky, told RBC that the company is considering entering new promising markets and this requires funding. Moving the office to the Arena business center

The Group T1 on August 30, 2021 announced a partnership with the Neutronics group of companies. The main goal of cooperation is to implement a program to provide the constituent entities of the Russian Federation with standardized solutions in the field of VKS. The partnership of companies will support the state program for import substitution in the regions, provide a centralized tool for providing video conferencing to subordinate organizations. The number of licenses will be determined by an agreement with the subject of the federation, they will cover various state departments from the fields of medicine, education, city management, legal proceedings, etc. Thanks to the widespread use of the Vinteo Telepresence product, the region will ensure the unification of the VKS system instead of disparate solutions from various manufacturers, which will significantly simplify subsequent maintenance and reduce the cost of it. Association of the Technoserv group under the T1 brand

On April 21, 2021, Technoserv announced the rebranding and merger of its group of companies under a single brand - T1. The group changed its corporate identity, and structural changes were completed.

The holding's parent company is T1, which manages the strategic development of the group and acts as a "single window" for customers from various industries in the implementation of large complex projects.

The group is responsible for the integration business in the T1 Integration direction, consulting - T1 Consulting, cloud services - T1 Cloud (formerly Technoserv Cloud), application software development - Reksoft.

Also, the Innotech company appeared in the group. The "T1" explained to TAdviser that this is a new company that began its work in May 2020. This is a fintech with a specialization in custom software for the digitalization of the banking industry. Innotech is engaged in innovative activities in the areas of developing new solutions to increase the efficiency of production business systems, processing and analyzing large amounts of data.

In addition, at the beginning of 2021, I-Teco sold a stake in Servionica to T1 (TAdviser wrote about this earlier here. T1 is exploring growth opportunities not only organic, but also due to M&A in different segments of the IT market, TAdviser said in T1. In particular, 25.01% of Servionica LLC shares were acquired. T1 already had a service direction in its portfolio within the framework of the integration direction and expects to strengthen it with synergy with one of the largest players in this industry.

T1 CEO Sergei Solovyov says that Technoserv mainly worked in a highly competitive supply market and fairly simple, basic IT products, and this market is becoming less and less marginal every year

Company sites move to other domains: "T1" - t1.ru, "T1 Integration" - t1-integration.ru, "T1 Consulting" - t1-consulting.ru, T1 Cloud - t1-cloud.ru. For Innotech (nno.tech) and Reksoft (reksoft.ru), the sites remain the same.

According to the database of legal entities "Kontur.Fokus," LLC "T1" is 69.4% owned by Sirocco Technologies and 30.5% owned by VTB. 100% of Sirocco Technologies, in turn, are listed as Julia Mancos. There is no public information about whose interests it acts in yet. A source close to VTB, earlier in a conversation with TAdviser, called Julia Mankos a legally independent partner of the bank.
