"T1 Integration" on TAdviser SummIT: import substitution in the field of construction project management
T1 Integration, one of the leaders in the system integration market in Russia, [1] will present a report on the specifics of the approach to import substitution in the field of construction project management based on information modeling technologies within TAdviser SummIT. The event will take place on May 26, 2021 in Moscow at the Radisson Blu Olympiyskiy Hotel.
At the session "IT in the public sector" (Golden Hall) in 16.50 will be Sergey Vadeletsov, Deputy General Director for Work with State Structures of T1 Integration. In his report "Import substitution in the field of capital construction project management using the example of the National Engineering Platform (NIP)," he will talk about an initiative in the field of investment program management in the industrial and civil construction market.
Group "T1," and "T1 Integration," in particular, became one of the initiators of domestic development - the National Engineering Platform, the key goals of which will be to build digital business processes between companies participating in construction projects, as well as the unification of platforms for managing state and quasi-state projects. The initiative involves the creation of a microservice platform with an initial set of modules for the construction industry. It should be possible to supplement it with industry solutions with various functionality and connect third-party digital solutions using special connectors. In addition, within the framework of the NIP, it is planned to build an effective (thanks to a single data environment) project management system and changes in real time.
The use of NIP within the framework of the state order will help optimize budget expenditures for projects, in 90% of cases related to the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of fixed assets.
"Today, import substitution is one of the main trends affecting the Russian IT market. The initiative of the state and purposeful efforts led to the fact that not only government agencies, but all enterprises with state participation, as well as large financial organizations, industrial enterprises, transport companies, etc. joined this process. Many of our customers now face tasks related to import substitution, including the enterprises included in the process of industrial and civil construction are interested in them. The unified platform created by domestic developers will be able to take into account all the Russian industry features that have formed in the process of formation and evolution of the engineering direction in our country, and will give impetus to further development, "said Sergey Vadeletsov, Deputy General Director for work with state structures of the company" T1 Integration. Creation of a competence center for industrial engineering and automation
On March 17, 2021, Technoserv, one of the Russian system integrators, is transforming the direction of industrial engineering and automation: all competencies were consolidated within the framework of the newly created competence center in the technical directorate. It was headed by Markin Maxim, who has been specializing in the implementation of large complex infrastructure solutions for more than 15 years.
The activities of the center of competence of industrial engineering and automation are focused on the implementation of projects in the trend to increase production efficiency. Firstly, these are projects to modernize the main means of production - the creation or reconstruction of energy centers, boiler houses and linear facilities for industrial enterprises and housing and communal services with an emphasis on energy efficiency, energy saving and environmental friendliness, as well as comprehensive technical re-equipment of enterprises, including with the installation of equipment and machines. Secondly, this is the direction of digitalization, which includes the creation of digital process twins and the enterprise as a whole, intelligent monitoring with elements of industrial equipment prognostics, IoT solutions, and production process management. The division develops its existing competencies, but focuses on mastering new areas and developing its own products.
{{quote 'The main trend of the last decade, affecting practically all industries, is digitalization. This restructuring is especially active in such science and resource-intensive industries as industry and power. But a large amount of investment is still aimed at modernizing the main means of production, primarily to improve energy efficiency, including by creating its own generation of electricity and heat. Technoserv has experience in implementing projects both in the field of digitalization and in the field of engineering. The concentration of competencies in a single unit will allow focusing on increasing and deepening industry expertise, moving to a fundamentally different level, expanding the product line and further improving the quality of project execution, "said Maxim Markin, director of the Center for Industrial Engineering and Automation Competencies. }}
In 2020, the Government of the Russian Federation approved a "roadmap" in the field of engineering and industrial design. It assumes that by 2025 the volume of the Russian engineering market will increase from 2.8 trillion to 3.9 trillion rubles, and the share of complex contracts (engineering, the introduction of digital systems and energy efficient solutions) - from 30 to 40% of those concluded on the market. An integrated approach to innovation will allow the business to receive a turnkey, ready-to-use solution, and the supplier is responsible for the entire process from design and implementation to subsequent maintenance. In the near future, the production growth of the enterprise will largely depend on the quality of digital transformation and the skill of the integrator in the field of industrial engineering: on the ability to build a single cyberphysical system from engineering communications, IT infrastructure, automation systems, robots, data processing systems, artificial intelligence and technological processes, - said Yuri Korchukov, technical director of Technoserv. |
