Biography

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov.

He began his career in 1997, working in the commercial department of COMSTAR. Among the group of enthusiasts, he implemented one of the first CRM projects in Russia in 1999.

Since 2001, he joined Sputnik Labs, where he oversaw several dozen CRM implementation projects (Siebel, SalesLogix, Microsoft CRM) in banks, the telecommunications industry, and trading and manufacturing companies. Under the leadership of Kirill, CRM projects were implemented in such companies as COMSTAR, MDM-Bank, Heidelberg, Investsberbank, etc.

In 2004, he headed Sputnik Labs.

In 2009, after Sputnik Labs joined the Technoserv Group of Companies, he was appointed Managing Director of Technoserv Consulting.

Since June 2011, Kirill Bulgakov is the general director of Technoserv Consulting.

For August 2021 - Managing Director of T1 Consulting.

As of October 2022 - First Deputy General Director of the T1 Group.

As of February 2024 - Deputy General Director of the T1 Holding, Managing Director of the NOTA vendor.
