Alexey Aksenov developed a commercial direction in the Russian divisions of international companies - developers and manufacturers of telecommunications and IT equipment IBM, Nortel Networks, Juniper Networks. As Managing Director for IT Projects, he developed a strategy and restructured operations at RT-Business Development (Rostec Group of Companies).

Until the end of April 2021, he headed Ecom, an international operator of electronic document management.

The appointment is related to the transfer of Sergei Solovyov to T1, the group's parent company, as general director.

As Managing Director, Alexey Aksenov will be responsible for the development of the T1 Group's integrator business. In particular, he is faced with the tasks of increasing operational efficiency, increasing the growth rate of key business areas and increasing the portfolio of high-tech margin products and services, taking into account the variety of industry specifics of customers.
