Career

Evgeny Zatnin was born on December 7, 1966 in the village of Verkhovazhye, Vologda Oblast.

1989-2002

2021: Reinstatement by court decision as First Deputy General Director of Technoserv

In January 2021, CNews became known, the Technoserv company, by a court decision, reinstated the previously abbreviated first deputy general director of the company, Yevgeny Zatinin, but he did not continue the work interrupted for several months, immediately resigning^[1]

From the materials of the Timiryazevsky District Court of Moscow, it follows that Zatinin worked in senior positions at Technoserv Management LLC since 2011. His last employment contract with the company was concluded on May 16, 2016 - for an indefinite period. The notice of reduction to Zatinin was issued on January 9, 2020.

Before the dismissal, any vacant positions were not offered to the top manager. At the same time, after his departure, deputy general directors for commercial activities, business development, work with the public sector and work with industrial industries were hired at Technoserv.

As a result, Zatsinin considered that his employer grossly violated the procedure for terminating the employment contract, and on January 30, 2020 he appealed to the court with a demand to restore him at work, recovering from Technoserv in his favor the amount of average earnings for the period of forced absenteeism, based on the calculation of about 1 million rubles. per month. In addition, Zatnin demanded compensation for the moral damage caused to him, which he estimated at 100 thousand rubles.

With the exception of this last amount (it was reduced to 15 thousand rubles), on July 8, 2020, the court satisfied Zatinin's demands in full, obliging Technoserv to reinstate him and pay his salary for 121 days of "downtime."

Disagreeing with the conclusions of the ministers of Themis, representatives of Technoserv in early August 2020 filed an appeal with the Moscow City Court, but it was dismissed. As a result, as indicated in the case card, on December 16, the decision of the Timiryazevsky District Court of Moscow entered into force.

At the same time, according to a CNews source familiar with the situation, Zatsinin was reinstated in his position back in July (after the first court ruling). However, after going to work, he immediately wrote a letter of resignation, formally working in this way for only one day.

2023: Appointment to the position of general director of the National Computer Corporation

On February 14, 2023, the National Computer Corporation (NCC) announced the appointment of Yevgeny Zatsinin as the new general director of the holding, as well as the Taxonomy Group JSC (Group of company Systematica). Previously, he served as Vice President for Strategic Development of the NCC.

According to the corporation, Zatinin will be responsible for the entire range of issues related to the formation and further implementation of the development strategy of NCC and companies included in the structures of NCC and Group of company Systematica, taking into account current trends in the development and implementation of domestic IT developments.

The National Computer Corporation noted that under the leadership of Yevgeny Zatsinin, the holding is developing a number of key business areas that offer customers a solution to problems in the field of business digitalization and ensuring technological independence. Thus, at the initiative of Zatinin in the NCC, work was strengthened with the state, banking, industrial and telecommunications sectors; open areas of ERP, MES, PLM and digital engineering, outsourcing of software development and outstaffing of IT personnel; launched cloud provider "Облако.ру." The Directorate for Work with Banking Structures received a grant from RFRIT and is developing an analytical system for monitoring business processes of enterprises of the Process Mining class, the NCC said.
