Biography

Dmitry Alexandrovich Troshenkov was born on January 7, 1966 in Leningrad. He graduated from the Leningrad Higher Military Engineering School (LVVIU) named after Lensovet in 1988, the Faculty of Economics of St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing in 1999, as well as the St. Petersburg Banking Institute with a degree in Banking Accounting and Auditing.

He worked in senior positions in the committee on state property management (KUGI) of the administration of St. Petersburg, in a number of banking and investment structures.

In 2000-2001 - Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of Petroelectrosbyt (a subsidiary of Lenenergo OJSC). In 2001-2005, he served as financial director of Lenenergo OJSC. In 2005-2006 - Deputy General Director, Director for Economics and Finance of OGK-1 OJSC.

In 2006-2009, he was vice president of the TNK-BP financial block. In 2009, he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Board of OJSC Federal Network Company, where he oversaw the issues of economics, finance, law, accounting, tariff regulation, control of business processes, as well as personnel management.

In 2011, he worked as financial director of En + Group. Member of the Board of Directors of OK RUSAL, EuroSibEnergo. In 2013-2015 - General Director of Glavstroy-St. Petersburg LLC, one of the largest developers in St. Petersburg.

On December 18, 2018, Dmitry Troshenkov headed as general director three main legal entities of the Technoserv system integrator: Tekhnoserv Group LLC, TekhnoServ AS LLC, Technoserv Management LLC.

LLC Tekhnoserv Group is the company through which in 2018 a deal was made to sell part of the system integrator to VTB Bank. It is 50% owned by the founder of Technoserva Alexei Ananyev (through Ts-Holding, but the share is pledged to VTB until 2026), 40% directly to VTB. Another 10% - at the company "Rizus-Project," also owned by Ananyev.

Until December 18, 2018, Alexey Ananyev was the general director of Technoserv Group LLC.

A TAdviser source familiar with Technoserva employees says that the company "took the whole top," including Alexei Ananyev and Sergey Korneev, who worked as managing director since 2018, and previously held the post of president of the Technoserv group.
